<초록>

본 연구의 목적은 사회복지 분야 개별 프로그램 평가의 현황을 고찰하고 이에 근거하여 실천적 제안을 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 먼저 선행연구에 대한 고찰을 통해 프로그램 평가의 역사와 정의, 그리고 프로그램 평가의 목적에 따른 평가의 유형을 정리하여 제시하였다. 최근 우리나라 사회복지 분야 프로그램 평가의 현황을 실증적으로 고찰하기 위해 지난 3년 동안 사회복지 분야 학술지에 게재된 논문들에 대한 체계적인 고찰을 수행하였다. 마지막으로 사회복지 현장에서 현장 실무자와 관리자에 의한 사회복지 프로그램 평가 작업과 그 결과에 대한 공유 작업을 확산하기 위한 방안을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study is to review the current status of program evaluation research in social welfare area and to provide practical implications. Based on reviewing existing literature, this study summarized the history and definition of program evaluation, and arranged various types of program evaluation methods based on specific purpose of evaluation. A systematic review of published papers in relevant journals during the last 3 years was conducted to empirically assess the current status of program evaluation in social welfare. Suggestions to facilitate program evaluation endeavors conducted by social workers in the field and to enhance the dissemination of the outcomes of the evaluations were provided.
