<초록>

이 연구는 『한국전쟁 체험담 집성』을 통해 6⋅25전쟁을 겪은 주민의 삶이 어떠했는가를 살펴보는데 목적을 두었다. 2012-13년에 10권으로 만들어진 『한국전쟁 체험담 집성』에서 6⋅25전쟁 당시구술자들의 체험과 관련된 개념을 이끌어내 분석하고, 이 결과를 해석하였다.

이 자료를 분석한 결과 6⋅25전쟁을 겪은 구술자의 경험은 1) 겪지 않으면 모를 비참한 생활, 2) 피난, 3) 여성이라서 겪은 특별한 경험, 4) 북한에서 피난한 사람의 경험, 5) 좌우충돌속의 혼란과 피해, 6) 개인의 처지에 따라 서로 다른 경험, 7) 마비된 정부 행정, 8) 휴전 후 생활 8개 주제로 드러났다.

여기에서 사회복지의 함의를 보여주는 1) 겪지 않으면 모를 비참한 생활, 3) 여성이라서 겪은 특별한 경험, 6) 개인의 처지에 따라 서로 다른 경험 3개 주제만을 범주화하는 개방코딩을 통해 당시 주민의 삶을 해석하였다.

이 결과를 바탕으로 6⋅25전쟁을 체험한 1) 주민의 외상, 2) 여성의 고통, 3) 처지에 따른 서로 다른 경험을 논의하였다. 아울러 이 연구의 한계를 밝히고, 후속연구를 위해 제언하였다.

This study aims to examine the residents’ life during the Korean War in the light of The Collection of Stories about the Korean War Experiences. The extracted concepts from narrator’s experience about the Korean War have been analyzed according to the process of open cording.

The source material for this study is based on The Collection which had been composed of 10 volumes during the years of 2012 and 2013.

The narrators’ experience about the Korean War is thematically bound as follows: 1) unknown miserable existence without suffering; 2) refuge; 3) women’s special experience; 4) refugee’s experience from North Korea; 5) chaos and harm within collision between the Right and the Left, 6) mutually different experiences by the individual situation; 7) paralyzed government; and 8) existence after armistice. Among the results, for the implications on social welfare 1) unknown miserable existence without suffering, 3) women’s special experience, and 6) mutually different experiences by the individual situation have been interpreted.

Finally, the results are discussed with residents’ trauma, women’s torture, and mutually different experiences by the individual situation. Additionally, the limits of this study are suggested for following studies.
