본 논문은 청소년들의 디지털 성범죄가 날로 증가하는 현 상황을 개선하기 위한 노력이 필요하다는 문제의식에서 시작되었다. 이에 청소년들이 가장 많이 접하는 학교 성교육을 통해 청소년들의 건강한 성의식을 증진시킬 수 있는지, 그리고 그렇게 함양된 건강한 성의식은 청소년들을 디지털 성폭력 가해경험으로부터 보호하는지 실증적으로 확인함으로써 청소년 디지털 성폭력 예방 방안 제시의 근거를 마련하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 K지역 소재 중학교에 재학 중인 청소년 812명으로부터 받은 자료를 분석에 활용하였다. 연구 결과, 학교 성교육의 도움 정도가 클수록, 성의식이 건강할수록 청소년의 디지털 성폭력 가해경험은 줄었으며, 청소년의 건강한 성의식은 학교 성교육 도움 정도와 디지털 성폭력 가해경험의 관계에서 부분매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 건강한 성의식을 내용으로 한 학교성교육이 청소년들의 디지털 성폭력 가해경험을 예방하는 효과가 있음이 확인되었다. 이에 청소년 디지털 성폭력 예방을 위해서 청소년들이 건강한 성의식을 함양할 수 있도록 지원하고, 건강한 성의식 증진에 기반한 학교 성교육을 강화해야 함을 제안하는 바이다.

This paper began with the awareness that efforts were needed to improve the current situation in which digital sexual crimes among teenagers are increasing day by day. Accordingly, I aim to establish a basis for suggesting measures to prevent youth digital sexual violence by investigating whether healthy sexual consciousness can be promoted through school sex education, which youth most frequently encounter, and whether the healthy sexual consciousness thus cultivated protects youth from experiencing digital sexual violence. For this purpose, data from 812 adolescents attending middle school in area K were used for analysis. As a result of the study, first, there is a significant correlation between school sex education, healthy sexual consciousness, and experience of perpetrating digital sexual violence; second, school sex education and healthy sexual consciousness reduce youth's experience of perpetrating digital sexual violence; third, adolescents' healthy sexual consciousness was found to have a partial mediating effect in the relationship between school sex education and the experience of perpetrating digital sexual violence. Therefore, in order to prevent youth digital sexual violence, I suggest that we should support youth to cultivate healthy sexual consciousness and strengthen school sex education based on promoting healthy sexual consciousness.
