본 연구는 2016년 대전가정법원과 대전단기청소년남자쉼터에서 공동 주관한 범죄청소년 재범 방지를 위한 교정프로그램에 참가한 사회복지사의 경험을 이해하고 그 의미와 본질을 알아보는 데 그 목적을 둔다. 이를 위해 5명의 연구 참여자를 선정하고 그들의 일지를 바탕으로 심층 면접을 하였으며, Giorgi의 기술적 현상학적 방법으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과 4개의 구성요소와 9개의 하위구성요소가 도출되었으며, ‘청소년교정 프로그램 경험 부족’, ‘수준 높은 자질과 준비 요구’, ‘프로그램 의미에 대한 퇴색’, ‘교정프로그램 가능성 발견’ 등으로 나타났다. 범죄청소년 재범 방지를 위한 ‘길위학교’라는 걷기가 교정프로그램으로써 발전할 가능성이 있다는 것에 의의가 있다고 보았다. 본 연구는 5명이라는 소수의 연구 참여자를 통해 얻은 자료를 분석하고 그 경험을 분류화하여 제시했다는 한계가 있다. 또한 향후 교정프로그램에 참가한 청소년을 대상으로 한 연구가 필요하며, 걷기 교정프로그램 전문가 양성 및 방법에 있어 다양한 접근을 제언한다.

The purpose of this study is to understand the experiences of social workers who participated in the correction program for the prevention of a second offense of criminals, co-hosted by Daejeon Family Court and Daejeon Short-Term Youth Shelter in 2016. For this research, five participants were selected, in-depth interviews were conducted based on their journals, and analyzed by Giorgi's descriptive phenomenological method. As a result of the study, 4 components and 9 sub-components were derived. It appeared as ‘lack of experience in youth correction program’, ‘requirement of high quality and preparation’, ‘fading program meaning’ and ‘discovering possibility of correction program’ It is meaningful that the walking program by “Gilwi school” is to prevent a second offense of juvenile crime has the potential to develop as a correction program. Moreover, this study analyzed data obtained through a small number of 5 research participants and it has a limitation that the experience was categorized and presented. In addition, further research is required for adolescents who participated in the correction program and proposes that various approaches to training and method of walking correction program experts.
