본 연구의 목적은 교구를 활용한 성교육프로그램이 발달장애고등학생의 성지식⋅성태도 및 성적자기결정권, 성인식에 미치는 효과에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. M고등학교 학생 7명을 대상으로 9회기 수업을 진행하였으며 통계처리는 SPSS 22.0 사용하였으며, 수업 중에 진행한 소감문, 수업을 마친 후 그룹면접 등을 질적 분석하였다. 이에 따른 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교구를 활용한 성교육프로그램은 발달장애고등학생의 성지식⋅성태도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교구를 활용한 성교육프로그램은 발달장애고등학생의 성적자기결정권에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다 셋째, 교구를 활용한 성교육프로그램이 발달장애고등학생의 성인식 변화를 질적 분석한 결과는 3개의 주제와 6개의 하위주제로 범주화하였다. 하위주제로는 임신과 출산에 대한 관심 증가, 여성과 남성의 신체구조에 대한 이해 증가, 이성교제 시 지켜야 할 예절에 대한 관심, 성폭력에 대한 단순한 관심, 단편적인 디지털 성폭력에 대한 이해, 성적자기결정권에 대한 관심 등으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 발달장애인의 특성에 적합한 체계적인 성교육프로그램의 연구가 지속적으로 이루어 질 필요가 있으며, 성교육프로그램의 성공적 수행을 위해 성교육 전문 교원의 양성과 부모교육 등을 제언하였다.


The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of sex education programs using dioceses on sexual knowledge, sexual attitudes, and sexual self- determination right, sexual attitudes of high school students with developmental disabilities. The 9 classes were conducted for 7 students at M High School, and the questionnaire analysis was conducted using SPSS 22.0 and qualitatively analyzed the impressions conducted during the class and group interviews after the class. The results of this study are as follows. First, the utility of teaching aid that sex education programs had a positive effect on sexual knowledge and sexual attitude of adolescents with developmental disabilities. Second, it was found that sex education programs had a positive effect on the right to sexual self-determination of adolescents with developmental disabilities. Third, the results of the qualitative analysis of the change in adulthood of adolescents with developmental disabilities by the sex education program were categorized into 3 themes and 6 sub-themes. The sub- themes include increased interest in pregnancy and childbirth, increased understanding of women and men’s physical structure, interest in etiquette to be followed during dating, simple interest in sexual violence, understanding of fragmented digital sexual violence, and the right to sexual self-determination. Therefore, in this study, it is necessary to continuously research a systematic sex education program suitable for the characteristics of people with developmental disabilities, and to successfully carry out the sex education program, it is suggested to nurture teachers specializing in sex education and educate parents.
