<초록>

본 연구의 목적은 기존 청소년 범죄 연구에서 많이 사용된 요인(가정학교친구요인)뿐만 아니라 사이버 환경특성을 반영한온라인 요인(오픈채팅, 온라인상에서 낯선사람과 대화, 낯선 사람과 대면)이 디지털성범죄의 가해에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 초중고 학교급별로 디지털 성범죄의 가해에 미치는 영향요인이 차이가 있는지 검증하는 것이다.

한국청소년정책연구원에서 3,789명의 청소년을 대상으로 실시한 디지털 생활실태조사 자료를 활용하여 이분형 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 선생님과의 애착, 오픈채팅 요인이 디지털 성범죄의 가해에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

학교급별 디지털 성범죄의 가해에 미치는영향요인의 차이를 검증한 결과, 초등학교집단에서는 일탈 친구, 온라인상에서 낯선사람과 대화 요인이 유의한 영향요인으로나타났고, 중학교 집단에서는 선생님과의애착과 오픈 채팅 요인이 유의한 영향요인이었으며, 고등학교 집단에서는 성별(여학생에 비해 남학생이), 선생님과의 애착 요인이 유의한 영향요인이었다.

이러한 결과는 청소년 디지털 성범죄를 이해함에 있어 가정, 학교, 친구 등과 같은 요인뿐만 아니라 사이버 환경특성 요인 또한 고려해야 하고, Thornberry의 상호작용이론에서 주장하듯 청소년 시기에 따라 디지털 성범죄 영향요인이 달라질 수 있음을 시사한다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of online factors as well as family, school and peer factors on digital sexual offences. In addition, the study explores whether there are differences in the impact of these factors on digital sexual offences by school level. Using data of 3, 789 adolescents, collected by the Korea Youth Policy Research Institute, a series of logistic regression analyses were conducted. According to the results, attach[ment to teachers and open chatting had significant influence on digital sexual crimes. Furthermore, the findings revealed that deviant friends and communicating with strangers online were significant factors of digital sexual offenses for the elementary school group, while attachment to teachers and open chat were significant factors for the middle school group, and gender and attachment to teachers were significant factors for the high school group. These findings imply that it is important to consider characteristics of the cyber environments in addition to factors such as family, school, and peer related factors to better understand adolescent digital sexual offending. The findings further supported Thornberry's interactional theory, which posits that the factors of juvenile delinquency may differ across the stage of adolescence.
